意大利特斯拉展厅发生火灾 17辆电动车被毁
意大利首都罗马市郊的一处特斯拉汽车展厅星期一（3月31日）凌晨突发大火，至少17辆电动车被烧毁。
新华社报道，意大利消防部门发言人表示，暂时无法确定火灾发生的具体原因。调查已启动，不排除人为纵火的可能，“所有可能性都在调查范围内”。
据悉，火灾发生在周一凌晨4时30分左右，消防人员和警方迅速赶到现场。因火势迅速蔓延，展厅内17辆汽车被烧毁，建筑结构受损。相关部门表示，调查人员正在调取现场监控，并进行现场勘查。
据意大利媒体报道，这起火灾可能与无政府主义者的抗议活动有关。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
